Edward Jones is teaming up with U.S. Bank, the fifth largest bank in the US, to offer banking products and an award-winning digital experience to Edward Jones clients. As part of this partnership, all current Edward Jones credit cardholders will transition to a new credit card with updated rewards and benefits.
We're excited about the new Edward Jones credit card program. The rewards cards will continue to earn Loyalty Points® and will still be redeemable for direct deposit into your Edward Jones investment accounts through Loyalty Invest®. You will begin to see and service your accounts at edwardjones.com and within Edward Jones Online Access.
Yes. With your new card, you will earn 2 Loyalty Points per each $1 spent on Net Purchases. The requirement that you spend $40,000 each year before earning at that level has been removed. Also, when you make purchases in the Travel Rewards Center you will earn 6 Loyalty Points per each $1 spent and it is no longer limited to prepaid hotel or car rental reservations.
Yes. Your business card will no longer have an annual fee after the change.
New cards will be sent in the mail between August and October 2025. Watch for messages from U.S. Bank that will inform you of when you can expect your card to be delivered.
No, your account number will stay the same and you can continue to use your existing card until it expires, or you activate a new one.
No, you will have the same credit limit on your new credit card.
Any balance or pending transaction(s) on your current card will continue on your new credit card without any disruption.
Current promotional and introductory APRs will be honored.  After your promotional or introductory APRs expire, any existing balances will remain at your current terms and conditions.

There will not be any changes made to APRs which apply to purchases, balance transfers and cash advances made on your new credit card.
You can start using the new card right away! If activation is required, simply visit the URL listed on the activation sticker or call the toll-free number to activate your card. Existing cards will continue to work until the expiration date, or you request a replacement card.
If you're taking advantage of automatic bill payment for insurance premiums, utilities, cable and internet, subscription services or anything else, those arrangements will continue to work. If you make payments through an external bill pay service provider, including your own financial institution, your set ups will not need to be changed as your account number and payment address are staying the same.
Yes, the rewards program will change. To see specific details and information you can review your Program Rules in the Rewards Center. Terms and Conditions will be sent with your new card in the mail between August and October 2025.
Your current rewards balance will be transferred to your new account automatically once your account change goes into effect.
No. However, once the change is effective on your account, you will be able to change your due date by accessing your credit card account while logged into Online Access at edwardjones.com or using the Edward Jones Online Access mobile app. You can also contact Cardmember Service using the number on the back of your card.
No, your PIN will remain the same.  Once the change is effective on your account, you will be able to change or set your PIN by accessing your credit card account while logged into Online Access at edwardjones.com or using the Edward Jones Online Access mobile app. You can also contact Cardmember Service using the number on the back of your card.

The new card is designed to deliver more value to Edward Jones clients with improved servicing and integration. However, if you do not wish to keep the new card, contact Cardmember Service for help to close your account.
